19thC serial killers

Frederick Deeming, from "History Happened Here", 2001, James Cockington. Notorious serial killer and one time Ripper suspect.

It was Deadwood that started us on this flipping through books on 19thC serial killers. Deadwood has nothing on this place. In the early days of this colony, the son of the solictor who signed most of our family docs, and who had some relation to the Rum Rebellion, was a serial killer. It's not just a Seattle thing, apparently.

But if they ever made a film about Deeming, I know who to cast. Creepy. Damn creepy.
